Tell what the group has done during the circle. Summarising both your own and the group's collective thoughts is an important documentation of the circle's activities. Answer together the evaluation questions that you will find in the e-service together with your digital attendance list. 

Text can be supplemented with illustrations and photographs etc, please send these to your NBV contact. Feel free to document after each meeting, let the whole group participate and use the material that NBV provides called diary sheets. This can also be obtained with the digital attendance list.
