Rules for the study circle
– In order to have a good discussion in the circle, the group is generally quite small but not less than 3 participants, including the leader.
– The group meets regularly. A minimum of 3 meetings totalling 9 study hours is required to allow participants to reflect between meetings.
– A study hour is always 45 minutes.
– In order for participants to get to know each other, attendance at at least 3 meetings and 9 study hours is required - and you must have attended at least one of the first 3 meetings.
– The circle can have a maximum of 3 meetings/week and a maximum of 4 study hours each time. There can be no more than 12 study hours per week.
– Participants can contribute with both experience and knowledge. You must not be younger than 13 years old (you can turn 13 during the year).
– A person participating in circular activities (or other popular education activities) can be reported for a maximum of 480 hours/year.
– Follow-up is an important part of the study associations' quality work. Therefore, the business developer at NBV can make a visit to your organisation at one of the meetings, so-called self-monitoring.
