Introduction to the programme

This is the digital part of the training "Circle Leader Training - Step 1". The material consists of films, animations, text to read and exercises. There are instructions on how to complete each exercise when you get to them. You need to be able to listen to audio on your device via headphones or speakers. 

You navigate through the material by clicking forward, page by page, using the Next button at the bottom of the page.  

The menu for the programme is located under the round white icon at the top right of the dark blue bar. In the menu, you can see how far you are in the programme and how much you have left to do. You can also click back to the sections you have completed if you want to do them again. You should complete the different sections in order. This means that you cannot click forward in the menu without first completing the previous section. 

When you reach the end of each section, you will be asked to answer some summarising questions about the part you have just completed. 
On the final page of the material, you will be asked to answer a question and click on the Finish button. Once you have done so, your facilitator will be notified that you are ready to move on to the second and final part of the training programme "Circle Leader Training - Step 1".

On the next page, you will meet the guide for this material. She will introduce and summarise the elements of the material.
